I am sure we can agree this woman deserves this top place on this list. She is so transparent about where she started and the hard work and dedication it took her to get where she is today.


Not just her role as the First Lady but all her other achievements too.


2. Ellen DeGeneres


I constantly see Ellen DeGeneres trying her hardest to make the world a more accepting and compassionate place. She is an amazing women who really shows support for the LGBTQ community and everything they go through as well as just an inspiration to all women out there.


3. Oprah Winfrey


You must have seen this one coming. One of the most well-known, motivational women to ever live. Her confidence is something that everyone needs to take a note of.


4. Marilyn Monroe


A bit of a throwback with this one but she showed how beauty and business can be combined and it made her unforgettable. She has helped girls feel sexy and confident in their bodies as well as feeling powerful and independent.


5. Emma Watson


Her constant involvement in the feminist movement and her attempt to show feminism is about equality not supremacy is incredibly inspiring.

Indra Nooyi is the CEO of PepsiCo and has been credited for completely revitalizing the company.
